Introduction
The Kwara State BECE Registration Portal is a web-based application used by schools to manage student registration and Continuous Assessment (CA) score entry for BECE candidates.

Steps to register a student
- Click "Manage / Edit Students".
- Click "Register New Student".
- Fill in the student information form.
- Select the student's subjects.
- Upload a passport photograph, if available.
- Click "Submit" to save the student.

Continuous Assessment (CA) score entry
The CA Score Entry module is used to record students' Continuous Assessment scores. There are three ways to enter scores, depending on how many students you're updating at once.
Individual entry mode
- Open "C.A Score Entries".
- Click "Enter Scores" beside a student.
- Enter CA scores for each subject.
- Click "Submit" to save.
Validation rules
- Scores must not exceed 40
- Only registered subjects should be entered
- Empty compulsory scores should be avoided
Multiple student entry mode
- Open the "Multiple Students" tab.
- Select a subject.
- The system displays students registered for the subject.
- Enter scores for all students.
- Click "Submit Scores".
Bulk upload (CSV format)
- Download the CSV template.
- Fill in student scores offline.
- Save the file in CSV format.
- Upload the CSV file.
- Review the uploaded scores.
- Submit the scores.
